Rebuild on 1992 Sprite
Replacement wings are the order of the day, however, this job is complicated here due to the bodykit fitted.
A Panels and sills are being replaced on this Rover Mini Cooper..
Colour Coded Sports Pak wheel arches, and 13" wheels fitted. The front wings have been modified and rust-proofed to allow for the larger wheels.
Replacement wings, and repairs to the scuttle panel on this customers mini.
Changes to this car include wider arches and 13" alloys, and changing the roof from white to black..
This car was stripped
down, new panels fitted,
new roof made, body
work repaired, painted,
and then re-fitted.
Getting minor bodywork repairs carried out when they're needed can stop rust from spreading, and make your car look alot tidier.
These pictures go to show you can't always tell the extent of a problem until you take a car to bits..!!
Group 5 classic wheel arches, which have been colour coded to the car, and 13" wheels fitted.
A replacement boot floor, and the re-shaping of the rear light surrounds. Replacement A-panels are also fitted, and other rust spots treated.

Replacement of the full o/s/r wheel arch. The arch had to be cut out avoiding damage to the bodykit..

Upgraded brakes to minisport 4 pot alloy calipers and 7.9 vented grooved discs with ebc greenstuff pads.
Rust removal to front end, full service, waxoiled, and brought back to showroom condition..
Wings, Front panel, A Panels, Full Scuttle, Dash top rail, door skins, sills, rear subframe, repairs to inner wings and door posts, respray.
New sills fitted, with repairs to the inner sills, doorposts, and rear quarters..
Engine rebuild
Repaired minor accident damage and rust removal with full respray.
